Transparent Quote & Agreement
Once the design is finalized, we provide a clear, itemized quote with projected breakdowns and timelines

With plans and permits in place, our in-house team gets to work.
- Demolition
- Framing (to give the new layout structure and support)
- Rough Work (includes electric, HVAC, plumbing, installation, and closing walls)
- Finishing Work (installation of flooring, cabinets, counter tops, tile, painting, lighting fixtures, etc.)
Your Dream Home is Complete
Once the final finishing touches are complete, it’s time for you to step into and start enjoying your newly renovated space.
A few days after the work is wrapped up, a member of the Maya Construction team will join you for a final project walkthrough.
Our goal is to make sure every detail meets our standards and, more importantly, that you are completely satisfied with the results.
