Before

The office space initially presented a utilitarian but uninspiring environment. The layout was predominantly open, lacking well-defined zones for productivity or collaboration. 

The walls were a neutral gray but offered little to no character. 

Exposed structural elements during the framing stage highlighted the need for a thorough transformation to achieve a polished, functional, and welcoming workspace.

Remodeling Process

Maya Construction Group undertook this project with the goal of maximizing functionality while modernizing the aesthetics of the office. 

The redesign involved constructing custom cubicle partitions to create dedicated workstations. 

These partitions offered employees privacy without sacrificing the open feel of the space.

We used vibrant accent walls to add energy and personality to the office, with a teal hue as the primary pop of color. Clean lines and neutral tones on other surfaces ensured a professional, balanced appearance. 

Overhead, the existing ceiling grid was retained but refreshed, maintaining uniformity throughout the space.

Our team optimized the layout to encourage efficiency and ease of movement between workstations. 

With an emphasis on ergonomics, we integrated custom desk setups with wood finishes that added warmth and sophistication. 

Attention to detail was key, ensuring every cubicle had seamless connections for power and data.

The completed office remodel exudes modern professionalism. The new cubicles provide an ideal mix of personal space and collaborative energy.
