Initial Condition: The home was a single-story structure with a dated appearance and limited functionality. The exterior brickwork and boarded windows reflected the need for a comprehensive overhaul. 

Our task was to reimagine the space, expand the home’s footprint vertically, and enhance both interior and exterior aesthetics while meeting contemporary design standards.

Key Features of the Remodel:

1. Second-Story Addition:

• The most significant aspect of this project was the vertical expansion. We constructed a second story, complete with new bedrooms, a full bathroom, and additional living space.
