The original bathroom in this Evanston home was outdated and felt dark due to its brown-toned wall tiles and heavy wood vanity. The fixtures and lighting were no longer functional for a modern home, and the overall layout lacked the storage space needed by the homeowners. A complete gut renovation was required to update the plumbing and electrical systems and refresh the room’s appearance.
The Solution: A Bright and Functional Update
Led by owners Udi Yeger and Ofer Gliksman, our team completed a full-scale renovation. We reimagined the space with a clean, neutral color palette, using light-colored porcelain wall tiles and a patterned floor to add visual interest without feeling heavy. We replaced the old bathtub with a spacious walk-in shower and installed a double vanity to significantly increase storage and counter space.
