The objective for this Chicago residential project was to create a spacious, high-end bathroom using a classic “Brown and White” color palette.

The homeowners wanted to replace their old space with a functional “his and hers” layout that felt organized and bright.

Our design focused on using deep wood cabinetry to ground the room, while utilizing bright white tiling and stone surfaces to maximize light reflection and create a sense of airy luxury.

The Solution: A Masterpiece in Custom Cabinetry and Tile

Maya Construction Group, led by owners Udi Yeger and Ofer Gliksman, designed the space around a massive custom double vanity. We selected a rich navy finish for the cabinetry to serve as a sophisticated focal point against the neutral surroundings.

To keep the space feeling open, we installed large-format white tiling in the walk-in shower and paired it with thick, white marble quartz countertops, creating a seamless and luminous environment.
