The primary objective for this Glenview residence was to convert a raw, framed-out basement into a fully functional and inviting extension of the home.
The homeowners wanted to maximize their square footage by creating a versatile family room, a private guest bathroom, and an organized laundry area.
Our goal was to transition the space from a skeletal construction site into a polished environment that prioritizes brightness, durability, and a clean, modern aesthetic.
The Solution: A Precision Build-Out and Finish

We installed a comprehensive drywall and lighting plan to brighten the subterranean space and chose a high-durability luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring in a warm wood tone to ground the rooms.
The project also included a full bathroom build-out featuring a modern vanity and a custom-tiled walk-in shower with a sleek glass door, ensuring the basement offers the same level of luxury as the main floors.
